Danger zone

Archive workspace
Locks all data read-only. Members lose access. You can restore within 90 days.
Delete workspace
Permanently removes every record, journal, and file. This action cannot be undone.

Settings — Posting policies

Cutoff · approval thresholds · four-eyes

Cutoff & period locking

When the day's books close. Entries submitted after cutoff fall into the next period.

Daily cutoff time
Local time. All operator entries must be posted before this.
Hard-lock period
After lock, entries can only be added through reversing journals.
Grace overrides
Allow named managers to post after cutoff with a reason code.

Four-eyes enforcement

Require a second approver for journals above a threshold. The preparer cannot approve their own entry.

Threshold amount
Journals at or above this amount need a second approver.
Override reason codes
Required when a controller approves outside the matrix.
Auto-escalate after
If no approver responds, route to the next role.

Anomaly detection

When a posting falls outside the tolerance band, surface it as an exception instead of failing silently.

Variance tolerance
Percentage difference between source and posted amounts.
Hold posting on anomaly
Journals are drafted but not committed until a manager reviews.
Policy changes are audit-logged
Anyone with the Audit log permission can see who changed what, and when. Effective date is the next cutoff.
